Return Policy

Read Carefully Before Purchasing any of our TDLs

At Beyond Tally, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our digital products, we adhere to the following refund policy:

  1. No Refund Policy: Once payment is completed, no refund requests will be entertained. Customers are advised to review their orders carefully before making payment.
  2. Bug-Related Refunds: Refunds will only be considered in the event of a verified bug or defect in the purchased TDL solution.
    • The bug must be reported to our support team within 7 days of purchase.
    • Our team will strive to resolve the issue within 7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
    • If the issue cannot be resolved within the specified timeframe, a refund may be processed.
  3. Custom TDL Solutions: Custom TDL solutions are non-refundable as they are developed based on specific client requirements.
  4. Refunds, if approved, will be processed/credited within 7-10 business days after verification.
